So that you can benefit from our Services through our apps, we need to obtain your agreement to our Terms. You agree to our Terms by registering, installing and using our apps.

Our Services

ICarta Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”,”ICarta”) aims to provide you with a convenient way to showcase your profile and exchange essential contact information quickly, reliably and securely. Our motto network smarter reflects our purpose and mission in connecting people and building relationships through a personal introduction. Our calendar function allows you to create events and invite your connections to further build trust between you.

Quick Overview

Share your profile by tapping phones and using NFC to transmit data, from there, you can receive invites to events by that person or be contacted by them through email, phone, address or social network of your choice. Our easy-to-use application eliminates the need for you to take pictures of business cards and manually enter phone number and email. Instead, click straight from the app or sync ICarta contacts to phone/outlook/google contacts.

Safety and Security

We take every care to make sure you are safe with ICarta by dealing with abuse or any other disorderly behaviour in a strict manner. Our service providers deploy high level security to protect your personal data that you share with us and our application. Furthermore, we are constantly looking for ways to enhance security while maintaining the convenient experience of ICarta.

We do our part and ask you to do yours. Please remember to be mindful of sharing your details with other people. Always protect your account by not sharing your login details to 3rd parties. If you suspect any peculiar activity on your account, please contact support as soon as possible.

ICarta is a cloud based application, making it accessible around the globe. We proudly serve you wherever you go. + languages supported

Registration

We kindly ask you to provide your email upon registration. We will only ask for it once, if you change it, please let us know. By registering, you agree to receive emails from us. We will NOT share your details with 3rd parties for marketing purposes.

Age Restriction

We do not impose any age restriction to use our application. However, the governing laws in your respected country may restrict young children to use data sharing applications. Please refer to your country or state laws, as well as Google Play or App store age policies.

Compatible Devices and Software

Our services work on all devices with NFC capability

For the calendar function, you will need internet connection however, for sharing your ICarta, this is not necessary, so you can enjoy sharing even when you have no connection.

Subscription

In order to fund our application and continue to bring you great service, we kindly ask you to subscribe and use our application responsibly. From our side, we promise to not use adverts in the application.

Copyrights and Intellectual Property

ICarta trusts its users to use trademarks appropriately and not violate copyright. Should you find any infringement of such law through our services, please get in contact with us and we will take suitable action.

Legal and Acceptable Use

We work hard to make ICarta as safe and secure as possible but we cannot do that without your help. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and treat the application along with its users with due respect. That means you will not upload any abusive or inappropriate content that may harm or offend other users, impersonate anyone or provide misrepresentation through our services. We do not support the use of bots and/or any other automated means in our system.

Misconduct

At ICarta, we trust our users and sincerely hope that our users trust us. We don’t want to have to take measures against misuse of our application in ways that threaten, abuse or harm in any other way our users. Should we find such irresponsible activity, we will block your account and if necessary, will take further legal action.

Availability and Termination

We aim to make our services available anytime and anywhere however, some services may be interrupted when we are making changes and/or improvements. We will try to notify you when this happens.

We hope you enjoy our application and find it useful but do understand that you may wish to terminate our relationship. In this case, simply delete the application, you will not be charged once you do so.

We do our very best to make sure that ICarta functions optimally and you are always satisfied with your experience however, we cannot guarantee that will always be the case. Occasionally, you may experience bugs, glitches and other imperfections which we aim to rectify as soon as possible. You may use our services at your own risk and subject to these disclaimers. Our services do not provide warranty for error-free, secure and/or timely functionality of the application without disruption and/or delays.

ICarta takes no responsibility for any content that our users upload and share and therefore cannot guarantee the reliability of the information transferred. Further, we cannot take responsibility for any abusive or illegal content shared through our services.

We ask you to be mindful of what you share and who you share with, we take no responsibility for any actions that may occur due to your activity within our application.

Please note, ICarta functions on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis and doesn’t guarantee fitness for a particular purpose and doesn’t grant any express warranties on this matter.
